Ket E Tate: epilogue
The book, made in collaboration with Judy Goldhill, marks the closing and demolition of the Market Estate in London. Photographs of abstract blocks of painted out graffiti are placed on the verso of the pages, with words matching these in size and shape on the opposite recto pages. The words and phrases, taken from W.H. Auden’s poem Epilogue, are substituted for the unseen and unknowable ones.
Open edition, stapled pamphlet of 24 pages in card cover, laser printed. 2010.
